lets start from ytd haha.
27 MAY
mum woke me up at 0810 for PTM but i didnt go in the end. surfed the net for a few hours then went to bathe and change for CIP(Straits Times Pocket Money Fund). got a short lecture from parents about my poor grades:\ then rushed to get everything ready and parents sent me to mrt station. by then ziyan alr said she was at somerset. but w her mum, so ohwell. reached at 1320 and waited a few min. saw skateboarders skating. so cool! (:
then yunjia came. she looked like some P6-er la. all baggy clothes and stuff. ziyan arrived next. etc. erm. flag day was TIRING. but fun i guess. i paired up with ziyan and we had to carry: ONE teddy bear, ONE notepad, ONE coaster and ONE tin can along with our bags. oh and a plastic bag filled with MORE of everything except the tin can and our bags. duh.
we were instructed to go to the stretch in front of taka, wisma and orchard mrt. but we spent a while at some junction.. quite fun. i remb our first donation was from a MG girl doing flag day. cos we donated to her too. hur.
we saw ADORA. or rather, adora saw us. heh. she was with 2 friends in her uni. bah they donated a bit only lol. got quite hungry aft a while and had ice cream..(oops) then walk arnd some more... we 'targeted' young/teen couples at first. the guy will either: #1 buy the bear for the girl #2 donate to impress the girl #3 donate cos the girl donated HAHA.
some ppl very funny leh. touch the wallet then say dowan to donate. hur. okay.
saw ernestsim HAHA. bugged him to buy about $15 worth of stuff. then he made us take EVERYTHING back. excuse: no bag. bah. thanks anyway:D
tried calling my couz to come down. he said he busy ohwell.
saw my two aunts. im telling u, orchard is really small. heh. i walked past them and THOUGHT one was my aunt(didnt see the other) and she turned arnd halfway and contd walking. then the OTHER aunt(whom i didnt see) turned arnd. thinking they would pity us for having to stand under the hot sun and sweat for 4 hours, i thought they'd buy more stuff. naive. end up spent $3 bought a coaster. ohwell. okay.
saw Si Pei HAHA. made her buy too. tsk us. ohwell.
hmm. by then we were quite shagged and started walking back to Somerset mrt station. there was some performance outside taka. some football thing. saw some cheerleaders... nth to say. just: HAHA. sorry la but i find singaporeans cheerleading quite... erm. is there a word for it? ohwell nvm.
sold a teddy to a guy w his gf. he BLUSHED haha so funny can. then saw yunjia and annabelle. and went off seperate ways. saw this giant football advertising mastercard. there was this guy with a mike behind him saying: spend $300 using mastercard and go to Heeren/Lido and get a Fifa World Cup Limited Edition Watch FREE!! (by today. TODAY. GAH)
yeap. so we actually asked the football to donate. HEH. very funny can. the guy holding the mike was like: Wah very funny leh. ask football to donate! football no money la! haha.
i wanted to borrow his mike and ask ppl to donate loh. ><
rahhh. end up saw zhenping elise and suyun on the way back. they went to Heeren. tins so HEAVY okay. rahh. anyway i bought 3 bears for myself. giving one to sheryl, keeping one and i guess giving the other to pearlyn(:
went to Raffles City to have dinner with suyun and ziyan. went to starbucks. they spent money on DRINKS. i bought some... sunflower apple strudel thingy. ate 3/4 and couldnt stand it cos too sweet. then we went off with their drinks and shopped arnd..
went to Cards 'n' Such. GIRAFFE. the NICI giraffe OMGOSH so cute. its the newest thing on my wishlist. $109 RAH. can buy but kinda waste huh? GIRAFFE. the LION was cute too! if someone buys me that i'll call it BOBO. XD
I WANT THAT GIRAFFE. *hint: my birthday is coming. :D
haha spent AGES in that shop then went out. ohhh before that i think suyun tripped and fell or sth and her entire drink spilt on the floor =X so paiseh LOL.
aft that met ruimin and val at burger king. bought fries and we all ate on the way to VCH for Pan Yi An's concert. shouldnt have gone. or even BOUGHT the ticket(from kexin). after all, im not in HMP. yup on the way there there was one whole long stretch of road and we(3 choristers 2 bandees) 'tut-tut--ed' and sang all the way there. bandees trying to 'tut' louder than our singing. duh impossible:D haha.
okay. the concert. NO OFFENCE to anyone but. the ppl in our class can play can. hur. interval was quite funny. fooled arnd a little. then after interval, it was zzz.
ziyan's parents sent me home(:
